Priority Considerations for Employment:
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic phone handling and computer operation skills
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay, and other langauge (Options) like Mandarin
  • Good attitude and ability to work harmoniously with colleagues
  • Candidates with several years of relevant experience may negotiate higher salary
Preferred educational and experience background:
  • Business Administration, Accounting, Communications, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or related fields
  • Working experience in administration, accounting, customer service, or documentation is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
1. Customer Communication & Marketing (via WhatsApp and other channels)
  • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp to enhance overall satisfaction
  • Handle customer feedback and requests, and promptly update the team
  • Follow up on customer payments and issue invoices and billing statements
  • Monitor and track staff scheduling and report updates to management
2. Preparing Quotations & Visiting Customer Sites
  • Prepare professional quotations for customers, including long-term service proposals
  • Visit customer locations when necessary to assess cleaning requirements
3. Accounting Responsibilities
  • Issue invoices, perform data entry, and maintain organized records
  • Operate Autocount Cloud Accounting (basic accounting knowledge required)
4. Special Situations
  • Assist as a temporary driver to transport workers if urgent or unexpected situations occur
5. General Requirements
  • Must be responsive and cooperative with any team instructions during working hours.
  • Workplace: Mainly based in a residential office setting.
