Job Description
:
Attending to inbound calls only and assisting customers inquiries pertaining credit cards No Sales and out bond call required Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Must be able to work on rotational shifts
(NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS)*Must be willing to work in the office Possess a
Diploma/Degree
(SPM holders must have experience)*Good interpersonal skills and strong team player. Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!*
Working hours: Training For 1 month : 8.45am -5.45pm
Job : 8am -2pm
Shift After training:
Rotational Shift:
8am - 5am 9am - 6pm 10am - 7pm 11am - 8pm 12pm - 9pm 1pm -- 10pm 2pm - 11pm
