- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking)
- 6 months of minimum experience in Customer Service in Banking Industry preferred.
- Working Time: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (including Public Holiday)
- Willing to work in Petaling Jaya
- Deliver prompt customer support via various channels (calls, email, live chat) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Execute client instructions and resolve issues.
- Gather feedback, meet productivity standards, and continuously improve service quality.
- Stay updated on products and skills through training.
- Identify and address financial needs, safeguard customer information, and maintain brand loyalty.
