Responsibility

• Working Shift: 9.5 hours per dayxe3x80x81including a 1.5hour break
• Rest Days: 2 rest days per week
• Work Location: Petaling Jaya -Easily accessible by public transportxe3x80x81company provides shuttle service
• Basic Salary: RM 3200
• Performance Incentive KPI: Additional monthly incentive
• Other Allowances: Including night shift allowance and other applicable benefits

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiriesxe3x80x81feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned products.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concernsxe3x80x81demonstrating empathy and patience.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding productsxe3x80x81servicesxe3x80x81policiesxe3x80x81 and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner
