Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
Coordinate with clients, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.
Prepare and review shipping documents, customs declaration forms, and related paperwork.
Monitor shipments, update customers proactively, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
Assist in administrative support and reporting when required.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of working experience
as a
Declaration Clerk
and in
Customer Service
.
Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude.
