Job Description

- Handling email correspondences and liaise with internal and external department for effective problem solution. - Responsible by performing system entry, order acknowledgement, customer re-scheduling to meet customer future delivery planning. - Coordinate internally and externally for all shipment confirmation, customer re-scheduling delivery, excess claim and product return unit. - Weekly follow up for payment reconciliation for AR overdue status. - Providing high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving customer queries. - Listening to customers and establishing their needs in order to offer the best service and solution. - Able speak, write and read mandarin. - Have planning or sales experience.
