Customer Service Coordinator Sea/air Freight
Job Description
Position: Junior officer
Work Experience: 1-2 years in logistics
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Working Hour: 8:30am to 6:00pm
? Dealing with customers and local/overseas agent for export and import shipment
? Dealing with airline for flight booking reservation (for Air export)
? Dealing with airport terminal for import shipment (for Air import)
? Dealing with shipping line/co-loader for export & import shipment
? Dealing with Haulier & Trucker for Container/Cargo delivery
? Monitoring/Trucking shipment status and update to customer
? Prepare documentation for import and export shipment
? Insert Cost Sheet in system & prepare invoice to customer
? Coordinate & follow-up with operation department for customs clearance, airport cargo submission & seaport cargo clearance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
