Customer Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Job description

My client in Selangor is a Semiconductor Multinational company that is seeking a Customer Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to execute and overall operation of Customer Service Section including but not limited to spokeperson of the company, meeting coordination, and managing customer\'s request.
• Responsible to execute and overall operation of Customer Service Section including but not limited to spokeperson of the company, meeting coordination, and managing customer\'s request.
• Serve as a window contact to the customer
• Update and commit customer forecast
• Production & Delivery Status Update to Customer
• Support customer billing & pricing update
• Coordinate customer visits preparation & arrangement
• Provide volume & revenue forecast to management
• Review and delegate customer specification(c-spec) to the related PIC.
• Arrange customer/engineering sample request.
• Entertaining customer visit
• Support Section Mgr request
• To support company in quality activity (eg: ISO 9001/18001)
• Able to guide other CS colleague and good internal/external communication skill.
• Skill in monitoring customers need and managing meeting minutes.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum Degree
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Preferably 2 or more years of experience in Semiconductor manufacturing
• Candidates who require a visa sponsorship to work in Malaysia need not apply
