Role: Customer Service Executive (English/Bahasa Speaker)
Location: KL
Hour operation : rotational
Salary: 2900 (Basic RM2000 + Night Shift RM400 + KPI RM500)

Jobscope :
-Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests
-Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
-Ensure high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
-Update and maintain customer records in the system.
-Work closely with team leaders and other departments to improve service processes.
-Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
