We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative with 0-5 years of experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation.
