Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Kick start with 1 Year Contract Position.
Responsibilities:
Identifies and implements process improvement efforts to improve Sales Operations processes (Order Management) in alignment with key initiatives across the organization.
Document department processes to create standard work and identify gaps.
Create and maintain a repository of standard work for the department.
Train employees in the department on new or changing processes, audit for compliance and provide best practice coaching.
Execute project process improvement aligned to business objectives leading to improved customer experience, process flow, quality, audit compliance, efficiency and/or cost savings.
Support project teams to achieve and sustain improvement benefits.
Create, update and provide updates on key metrics and effectively communicate results, findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
Provide training and coach others in the department on process improvement methodology and data driven decisions.
Other duties as assigned.
