Job Description









  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Kick start with 1 Year Contract Position.



Responsibilities:
  • Identifies and implements process improvement efforts to improve Sales Operations processes (Order Management) in alignment with key initiatives across the organization.
  • Document department processes to create standard work and identify gaps.
  • Create and maintain a repository of standard work for the department.
  • Train employees in the department on new or changing processes, audit for compliance and provide best practice coaching.
  • Execute project process improvement aligned to business objectives leading to improved customer experience, process flow, quality, audit compliance, efficiency and/or cost savings.
  • Support project teams to achieve and sustain improvement benefits.
  • Create, update and provide updates on key metrics and effectively communicate results, findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
  • Provide training and coach others in the department on process improvement methodology and data driven decisions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
