We are looking for Customer Service Executive Salary RM2,800 - RM3,800 (can up to RM4,000 and above included Commission/Bonus) 5 Days work 9.30am > 6pm (Mon >Fri) >1Hour 15 min Lunch We pay Basic + High Comission + Bonus Location Near LRT/KTM Abdullah Hukum Job Scope and key responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Contact client from potential market
  • Handling all client queries professionalism
  • Providing front line support to our clients across phone, email and social media
  • Answering queries from our client base on all of our products and platforms
  • Proactively contacting clients on all of our in-house campaigns and promotions
  • Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms
  • Collaborating with marketing team to assist to run localization projects and promotional campaigns
