Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
Experienced in handling calls, line, live chat and Email.
Willing to work for 6 days a week.
Willing to work on rotational shift.
Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, having proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Having experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Rotational, Weekdays Working Onsite, Weekends WFH)

Respond to various customer\'s questions and complaint accurately, concisely, efficiently and friendly.
