Job Description

Calling all students on semester break/housewives/fresh graduates/SPM leavers/immediate joiners/those on career break!

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
  • Immediate entry
  • 1-2 months of experience as a Customer Service
  • Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam
Responsibilities
  • Call to inquire and collect the consent/pledge form from the existing customers
  • Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
  • Achieve KPI & SLA
  • No Telesales
