Job Description
Calling all students on semester break/housewives/fresh graduates/SPM leavers/immediate joiners/those on career break!
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Immediate entry
- 1-2 months of experience as a Customer Service
- Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Applicant must be willing to work in Shah Alam
- Call to inquire and collect the consent/pledge form from the existing customers
- Build meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach
- Achieve KPI & SLA
- No Telesales
