Job Description


  • Call center dealing with credit cards, online banking, loans, and other banking-related matters.
  • Working hours: 24 hours shift (Shift will change every month)
  • Working days: 5 working days with 2 off days/week
  • Night and midnight shift allowance available (+/-RM300)
  • English proficiency is required as customers are Malaysian/Australian/Singaporean.
Requirement
  • Prefer candidates with previous banking industry experience (call center)
