Purpose of Role:
As the Customer Service, you will be dealing directly with the customers and building strong relationships in order to best understand their needs and to fulfil demands. The Customer Service executive is responsible for managing all orders handled under Asia region in accordance with company policies and procedures. They will maintain knowledge of Weir products, develop sales quotes, ensure timely shipment and advise customers on order status.
