Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
PC literate; knowledge in window office word, excel & power point.
Interpersonal & negotiation skills
Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
Maintains a positive attitude and able to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work based on delivery schedule/urgent/adhoc demand.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Job scope

Provide sales support, follow through customers enquiries by email, prepare and processing of sales quotation, follow up the sample submission correspondence with internal dept. and customer.
Ensure sales orders processed on time with accuracy and timeliness to ensure order delivery feedback by planner meets the customer time frame, prepare Proforma invoice/ sales contract for cash payment collection on deposit upon order confirmation and full payment before or after delivery
Responsible to prepare labelling template for customer for the new design artwork, prepare issue PR to order packaging material to procurement department.
Follow up packaging material artwork, colour proof, mock up submission from procurement dept for customer approval
To prepare product packaging specification form refer to customer requirement on packing method to QA department to prepare the product packing spec purpose.
To Coordinate with customer and QA for halal, register product (MAL), food classification and related application works
Handle customer feedback or complaint after goods delivery with internal dept. and customer.
