Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients\' partners. Assist and resolve customers\' inquiries with their travel-related inquiries, booking/reservations, flights tickets, refunds, cancellations, payment issues, etc. Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA Requirements Excellent English & Mandarin/Cantonese communication (verbal & written) skills. Diploma and above or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment. An open and Willing to learn mind set Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
