Job description Customer Service Executive Samsung Authorized Service Center Pavilion Mall, Kuala Lumpur. RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Handle customer service on-site
  • Resolve customer problem and issue
  • Do admin and any related task
REQUIREMENT:
  • Speak Malay and English
  • Willing to learn & start from below
  • Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in customer service is a huge advantage
WORKING LOCATION: Samsung Experience Store (One Mobile Care SDN BHD)- Pavilion KL Lot 1. 19. 00, 168, Bukit Bintang St, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. SALARY RANGE: RM 2,000.00 - RM 3,000.00 Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
