  • Handle feedback from students on matters related to student hostel
  • Set up and maintain a computerized database of student records.
  • Assist in organizing orientation for new students
  • Set up and maintain a computerized database of international student records.
  • Handle feedback from students on matters related to student hostel
  • Provide support to students who require accommodation.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management regarding student accomodation.
  • Process and respond to feedback received from students and parents.
  • To assist in allocation of rooms and facilities for incoming students
  • To inform and forecast projection together with sales manager to inform sourcing team on the numbers of rooms that need to be taken
  • To be part of sales team on promoting our cleaning service to our corporate partners and resident
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
