Job Description


Criteria:

  • 5 years of working experience in the customer service field.
  • Experienced in the whole spectrum of customer service job scope especially face-to-face interaction with customers
  • Candidate with experience in retail, hotel, and hospitality is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented (additional incentive provided)
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Writing & Spoken)
  • Pleasant personality and attentiveness to listen to the customer\'s needs.
  • Strong phone etiquette & PR skills
  • Able to work well in a team and build diverse collaborative relationships with others

  • To attend promptly to large customer general inquiries related to the company\xe2\x80\x99s services via inbound calls, emails, and other sources about treatments and services.
  • Be the face of IKONIK and the frontline to meet and greet the patient with accurate and proper management based on their needs and condition.
  • Able to maintain and develop good customer relationship management pre and post-visit.
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Meet individual and team sales targets (incentive provided)
  • Managing communication directed to the centre via various platforms, including on various social media and on our webpage
  • Providing suggestions and ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and service provided at the centre
  • Has the opportunity to get involved in other departments (such as management, human resource etc) depending on potential
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure solution.
  • Keep records and documentations of customer interactions, internal processes related to patients.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
