To attend promptly to large customer general inquiries related to the company\xe2\x80\x99s services via inbound calls, emails, and other sources about treatments and services.
Be the face of IKONIK and the frontline to meet and greet the patient with accurate and proper management based on their needs and condition.
Able to maintain and develop good customer relationship management pre and post-visit.
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Meet individual and team sales targets (incentive provided)
Managing communication directed to the centre via various platforms, including on various social media and on our webpage
Providing suggestions and ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and service provided at the centre
Has the opportunity to get involved in other departments (such as management, human resource etc) depending on potential
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure solution.
Keep records and documentations of customer interactions, internal processes related to patients.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
