Ensure all customers schedules requirements are met.
Liaise with customers on delivery schedules.
Build customer relationships.
Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Diploma in related studies or equivalent. - Min 3 yrs experience in precision engineering industry/ Manufacturing Industries. - Experience in ERP system. - Good communication skills with good customer service skills. - Preferable to speak in English & Chines in order to liaise with associates and clients.
