Customer Service Executive/ Coordinator

Job Description


  • Ensure all customers schedules requirements are met.
  • Liaise with customers on delivery schedules.
  • Build customer relationships.
  • Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Diploma in related studies or equivalent. - Min 3 yrs experience in precision engineering industry/ Manufacturing Industries. - Experience in ERP system. - Good communication skills with good customer service skills. - Preferable to speak in English & Chines in order to liaise with associates and clients.   • Monday - Thursday: 8am - 6pm
  • Friday: 8am - 5pm.
