Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer\'s enquiries
  • Phone scripts and calling leads provided.
  • Attend inbound call, issue case, assign case and follow up case.
  • Attend to customers queries professionally via telephone.
  • Able to follow communication \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics.
