They are currently seeking for a passionate Customer Service Executive to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their operations team to liaise with clients on import/export shipments and work along with the company to become world renowned, strongest and most trusted Sea, Air & Land logistic company.

Responsibilities:
Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance
Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
Communicate with overseas office/ agents/ shipping line/ clients
Attend to clients? inquiries via telephone or email with timely and accurately
Responsive to internal and external customers call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions
Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Additional Information/ Requirement:
Preferably candidate with SPM or Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing or equivalent
Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and have strong work ethics are encouraged to apply too
Good time management and organized team player
Fast learner and self-starter with a good communication skills
