** Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance
- Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
- Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
- Communicate with overseas office/ agents/ shipping line/ clients
- Attend to clients? inquiries via telephone or email with timely and accurately
- Responsive to internal and external customers call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions
- Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
** Additional Information/ Requirement:
- Preferably candidate with SPM or Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing or equivalent
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and have strong work ethics are encouraged to apply too
- Good time management and organized team player
- Fast learner and self-starter with a good communication skills
