Customer Service Executive (ft)

Job Description


Responsible for dealers\xe2\x80\x99 online ticketing inquiry solutions as follows:

  • Part activation;
  • Check part availability;
  • Order Management (placing orders/order cancellation);
  • Checking on claim submission/ claim status;
  • Check and release blocked orders;
  • System problems escalation to the relevant IT support team.
  • Portrays positive teamwork;
  • Fulfillment of assigned projects, in line with management requirements.
Requirements:
  • Customer service and shipping/dispatch control experience;
  • Familiar with international trade, freight forwarding processing, and documentation;
  • Knowledge about international freight regulations (i.e. IATA) and dangerous goods dispatch requirements;
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Transport/Logistics or its equivalent;
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking with the added advantage of skills in another language;
  • Must be versatile in working with computer system processes;
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
