Responsible for dealers\xe2\x80\x99 online ticketing inquiry solutions as follows:
Part activation;
Check part availability;
Order Management (placing orders/order cancellation);
Checking on claim submission/ claim status;
Check and release blocked orders;
System problems escalation to the relevant IT support team.
Portrays positive teamwork;
Fulfillment of assigned projects, in line with management requirements.
Requirements:
Customer service and shipping/dispatch control experience;
Familiar with international trade, freight forwarding processing, and documentation;
Knowledge about international freight regulations (i.e. IATA) and dangerous goods dispatch requirements;
Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Transport/Logistics or its equivalent;
Fluent in English both writing and speaking with the added advantage of skills in another language;
Must be versatile in working with computer system processes;
Good communication and analytical skills.
