Diploma in any discipline, preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies
Advantage for candidates with knowledge in freight forwarding/valuable cargo business/ATAcarnet/Cites/Shipping documents preparation
Good command of spoken and written English
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Fast learner, attention to details & able to multi task
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
Good workplace & phone etiquette
Able to work independently and strong work commitment.

Responsibilities

Handle day to day customer enquiries,order takings, in-house system data entry
Communicate with customer, supplier and overseas agent for the shipment arrangement and deliveries.
Create and maintain good relationship with customer
Preparing quotations and tenders Data analysis & tracking
Working closely with operations to ensure timely deliveries of services
Any other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties requested by management.
