Job Description

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies
  • Advantage for candidates with knowledge in freight forwarding/valuable cargo business/ATAcarnet/Cites/Shipping documents preparation
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Fast learner, attention to details & able to multi task
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
  • Good workplace & phone etiquette
  • Able to work independently and strong work commitment.
Responsibilities
  • Handle day to day customer enquiries,order takings, in-house system data entry
  • Communicate with customer, supplier and overseas agent for the shipment arrangement and deliveries.
  • Create and maintain good relationship with customer
  • Preparing quotations and tenders Data analysis & tracking
  • Working closely with operations to ensure timely deliveries of services
  • Any other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties requested by management.
