Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Service Executive RESPONSIBILITY:
- Resolves escalated or difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
- Works closely with supervisors in other departments on updating information and procedures for client service.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
- Follow up on customer feedback and provide timely responses to achieve optimum satisfaction level.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method or tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Other ad-hoc admin duties.
- Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment.
- Ability to multitask and deal with customer-driven interruptions.
- Experience in customer service is a huge advantages.
