JOB DESCRIPTIONCustomer Service ExecutiveRESPONSIBILITY:
Resolves escalated or difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
Works closely with supervisors in other departments on updating information and procedures for client service.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
Follow up on customer feedback and provide timely responses to achieve optimum satisfaction level.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method or tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Other ad-hoc admin duties.
REQUIREMENT:
Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply.
Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment.
Ability to multitask and deal with customer-driven interruptions.
Experience in customer service is a huge advantages.
