• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and preferably with Mandarin-speaking abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills & familiar with Microsoft Office
• Willing to work at Wisma Sunway, Iskandar Puteri
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates or Ocean base CS/OP are encouraged to apply, training provided

Responsibilities

• Full responsibilities in planning & coordination activities related to Freight Forwarding/Logistic activities.
• Resolve customer complaints, provide recommendations & solutions in timely manners.
• Coordinates with internal & external parties on shipments arrangement & documentation preparation.
