Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for processing and managing customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders with timely deliveries and shipment arrangements to be made in the most optimum manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as a key interface for all customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders and logistics enquiries \xe2\x80\xa2 Point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries/shipment concerns \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure prompt shipments/deliveries (may include short lead-time orders) \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to resolve issue when conflict arises \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of local and overseas regulations with proper documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely keying in of orders and acknowledgement of customer purchase orders \xe2\x80\xa2 Logistics arrangements for deliveries and work with transporters/ forwarders/ warehouses to resolve any issues which may result in a delay or no shipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure there is no overdue of customer orders; to highlight and work closely with sales team and business development team to clear overdue customer orders for deliveries/shipment arrangements \xe2\x80\xa2 Interface with team members prior to shipment of goods to customers with the objective of consolidating deliveries for cost saving and control \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with customers on deliveries/shipment dates and any special requirements pertaining to customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders fulfillment \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform Good Receive, Delivery Order, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, etc documents and liaise forwarders on custom documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for processing and managing of Purchase Orders to manufacturers/suppliers, follow-up on shipment schedules, production schedules, shipments clearance and inventories control \xe2\x80\xa2 Escalation of orders with manufacturers/suppliers with our purchases to fulfill customers\xe2\x80\x99 request \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other tasks assigned from time to time Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and to handle challenging work demands and tight schedules \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to make timely decisions in a high pressure environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and keen eye for details \xe2\x80\xa2 Good verbal and written communication skills and detailed oriented Salary: up to RM 3,500 (depends on qualification and experience)
