Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Location: Tampoi, Johor
  • Industry: Manufacturing (5 days/week)
  • Communicate with customers and understand their needs and identify sales opportunities / develop potential customers and follow up on leads
  • Create and manage customers account.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide customers with quality services
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism with customers to establish and create a good customer experience.
  • Manage customer database and prepare costing / analysis reports
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Support office administration and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
