Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
Good command of mandarin.
5 years of working experience in customer service role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
Strong self-learning ability and strong result driven person.
Passion for customer service and a good team player.
Comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients.
Prepare service-related documents to clients.
Provide advisory services to clients on corporate secretarial, accounting, and payroll service matters.
Advise clients on statutory requirements and ensure compliance filings are completed in a timely manner.
Follow up with clients on service progress, including onboarding and due diligence checks.
Resolve client inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
