Job Description


  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
  • Good command of mandarin.
  • 5 years of working experience in customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Strong self-learning ability and strong result driven person.
  • Passion for customer service and a good team player.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare service-related documents to clients.
  • Provide advisory services to clients on corporate secretarial, accounting, and payroll service matters.
  • Advise clients on statutory requirements and ensure compliance filings are completed in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients on service progress, including onboarding and due diligence checks.
  • Resolve client inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
