Responsibilities: 1. Acts as primary customer interface and respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone calls, emails, Messenger, WhatsApp etc.). 2. Liaise, acknowledge, and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline. 3. Liaise with purchase department for enquiry, order, delivery etc. 4. Liaise with transport department for stock delivery. 5. Liaise with warehouse department to prepare stock. 6. Liaise with operation department to prepare in-house and on-site (door-to-door) services. 7. Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, quotation tracking, processing order, backorder tracking, preparing cash bill and invoices, and other necessary paperwork. 8. Follow-up quotations and payments. 9. Follow up with the service outlets on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines. 10. Pro-actively interacts with customer for notification of late orders due to product availability, transportation issues. 11. Capture customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback on the service levels, and present findings for Management\xe2\x80\x99s review. 12. Understand products and services range in general. 13. Assist in evaluating and improving the current practices and processes and provide administrative support as part of workshop operation. 14. Perform other admin duties as assigned. Requirements: 1. At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales 2. Customer Service oriented and have a great sense of urgency 3. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment. 4. Able to work independently as well as in a team 5. Good communication skills and able to talk with people from different cultural background. 6. Meticulous in work 7. Proficient in MS Excel
