Job Description

Job Responsibility Process registrations received from customers; Maintain customer relationships by responding to customers\' inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing support to the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with customers; Coordinate sales activities, such as distributing pamphlets, seminars, and promotional campaigns; Maintain an inventory of sales materials and supplies, such as brochures, promotional items, and product samples, and place orders for the materials as needed to ensure that all sales representatives have an adequate inventory of these materials on-hand. Manage and process customer payments, track overdue accounts, and follow up with customers on outstanding balances; f. Provide administrative support to the sales team or department; Compile and update physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses, and sales; h. Manage and handle the printing and distribution of student materials; and Undertake any other tasks in relation to the effective delivery of the job expected of a Sales Admin as determined and directed by the Company from time to time.
