Job Description


Your day-to-day revolves around: Order processing after received complete and accurate document sales team. Process accurate and timely entry of customer orders. Follow up closely on order and delivery to meet customer request date. Coordinate with outbound team for daily delivery. Coordinate with respective department in monitoring order status/delivery status from time to time. Coordinate with logistics on timely delivery of goods and to swiftly resolve delivery disputes and product discrepancy, if any. Coordination with sales team on delivery, billing and all other issues after order is processed. Follow up open sales order (reason of rejection) to ensure no open sales orders are left unattended. Process customer goods return and follow up on the status from time to time. Ensure complete and accurate documentation and timely compilation of proof of delivery (POD) documents and record keeping. Match and file all corresponding documents in an orderly fashion to ensure quick retrieval. To carry out other duty as assigned. Compliance/adhere to all Standard Operating Procedure/policies established by the company. Criteria: Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately within our customers. Fluency in English and Bahasa & Mandarin (can read & write). Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Position is based in Neutrovis Warehouse, Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
