Overview
We are searching for a customer service champion who loves ensuring customers get the best service of their lives. Serving customers at the time when they need a home service should bring joy to you!
Key responsibilities

  • Serve and process customers who have put in a request into our system, or who have registered interest over social media channels.
  • Call-back and follow-up with customers whose requests are unclear
  • Contact service professionals to ensure that each customer has the sufficient number of quotations or options
  • Maximise the number of jobs that are successfully matched or completed
  • Call customers to gather feedback on service professionals\' performance

; Requirements: - Requirements

  • Must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field
  • Must possess at least 1 year of working experience in call Centre/ customer service/ front desk experience
Hard skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Google Drive equivalent
Soft skills

  • Loves talking to people, customer-oriented, strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to speak English, Malay and Chinese
  • Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
