- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Generating and analyzing reports on customer service performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
