- Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident, and patient)
- Diploma and above
- Mandarin speaker are encouraged to apply
- Handle general inquiries via Voice and Non-voice channel
- Making appointments on behalf of customer
- Provide accurate information (medical-related)
- Rotational shift basis (in between 8am - 8pm)
- 4 - 5.5 Working days (including Saturday & Sunday)
- Available to follow Singapore calender
- Performance allowance
- Perfect attendance allowance
- OT allowance
- Night shift allowance
