Tanggungjawab
  • Handle general inquiries via Voice and Non-voice channel
  • Making appointments on behalf of customer
  • Provide accurate information (medical-related)
Working timing
  • Rotational shift basis (in between 8am - 8pm)
  • 4 - 5.5 Working days (including Saturday & Sunday)
  • Available to follow Singapore calender
