  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft office, positive and cheerful personality
Responsibilities
  • Consultation is required via phone/Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms. Replied promptly and accurately customer inquiries by customers about Plastic Surgery/Aesthetic and to promote IT to travel to Korea.
  • To assist customers to make appointment for consultation or procedure booking with the hospital.
  • To assist customers for post protocols and follow ups.
  • To assist and guide customers for the detail personal information for the arrangement procedure and consultation in the back in system.
  • Constantly to do follow up with customers on post protocols, after surgery/procedures and to always check with customers if there is any discomfort and to check with customers for the services understand postoperative discomfort, to explain precautions/downtime, to providecounseling and to understand customer satisfaction and service needs for hospital services.
  • To work closely with Korea\'s team to coordinate all the customers\' arrangement and to provide all the detailed information to them.
