Requirement:\xe2\x97\x8f Min SPM or above.\xe2\x97\x8f Preferably experience as cashier & receptionist in the healthcare industry.\xe2\x97\x8f Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\xe2\x97\x8f Good communication skills, spoken & written.\xe2\x97\x8f Able to speak English and Mandarin, other languages will be an advantage.\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in using computers and systems.\xe2\x97\x8f Enjoys creating memorable experiences for our guests with outstanding service and hospitality.\xe2\x97\x8f Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed.\xe2\x97\x8f Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative, willing to learn and fast learner.\xe2\x97\x8f A team player but also able to work independently.\xe2\x97\x8f Being able to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.:\xe2\x97\x8f Welcome & greeting customers.\xe2\x97\x8f Attending service enquiry from customers or clients\xe2\x80\x99 calls. Answering phone calls to arrangeappointments for guests and answering general clinic inquiries.\xe2\x97\x8f Perform patient registration and cashier function, ensure accurate billing and issuance of receipt.\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with the health screening, pharmacy and dispensary department to ensure fastregistration and collection process.\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas.\xe2\x97\x8f Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
