Requirement: Min SPM or above. Preferably experience as cashier & receptionist in the healthcare industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good communication skills, spoken & written. Able to speak English and Mandarin, other languages will be an advantage. Proficient in using computers and systems. Enjoys creating memorable experiences for our guests with outstanding service and hospitality. Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed. Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative, willing to learn and fast learner. A team player but also able to work independently. Being able to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.: Welcome & greeting customers. Attending service enquiry from customers or clients calls. Answering phone calls to arrangeappointments for guests and answering general clinic inquiries. Perform patient registration and cashier function, ensure accurate billing and issuance of receipt. Work closely with the health screening, pharmacy and dispensary department to ensure fastregistration and collection process. Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas. Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
