Working location: Petaling Jaya, KL Sentral, Subang Jaya, Cheras, etc.Working hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, shift-based.Salary: Basic+ KPI + other allowances *based on interview performance & education qualification & working experienceinclusive EPF, SOCSO, EIS, ANNUAL LEAVE, MEDICAL LEAVETanggungjawabCustomer Service helps company customers/users with their inquiries through inbound calls, chats, and mails focusing on TAIWAN or HONG KONG or SINGAPORE or CHINA market. Therefore, well-verse in Mandarin and English is compulsory. Proficient in Cantonese is a plus point.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle inbound/outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to renowned product.
  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
  • Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
