  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous working experience in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication skills (Verbal, Written and Listening).
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Receive and address customer inquiries about company's products, services, or issues.
  • Forward technical queries or complex issues to the main vendors.
  • Track the progress of queries sent to the main vendors.
  • Explain technical details or solutions to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Build a positive rapport with customers to enhance satisfaction and trust.
  • Think critically to offer alternative resolutions when standard processes fail.
  • Update and manage customer support databases.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, including questions, issues, and resolutions..
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company processes.
  • Support cross-functional teams like sales or marketing with customer insights.
