Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Possess at least a diploma in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or similar marketplaces.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and liaise with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, customer-centric approach with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and phone.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Manage online reviews and ratings by addressing customer feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Address customer complaints empathetically and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the cross-functional team to address customer concerns and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and service-level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
