Job Description


Position : Customer Service
Working Location : KL Eco City Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (11am-830pm)
Saturday (1130am-430pm) Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk in, inbound phone call enquires and email replies
  • Communicate effectively on customers enquiries
  • Customer management
  • Support related events
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management office if needed
  • Perform warehouse duties (receiving and inspection of goods into warehouse and stock take) if needed
  • Perform any duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements
  • Ability to resolve complaints, research and resolve problems with Wellness Advocate orders promptly and courteously.
  • Able to respond to member concerns in a professional manner.
  • Multilingual abilities in Malay, English & Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
