Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact in addressing queries promptly and effectively.
  • Managing our marketplace account enquiry.
  • Listen to feedback, process the information, and deliberate a best response in line with the team\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives.
  • Assist the rest of the local operations team in fulfillment, business process optimization, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.

Job Requirements:
  • Prior experience with customer service/support services in a e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both written and spoken
  • Empathetic, yet business-oriented, and able to think and respond on your feet at the same time
  • A strong will to learn and adapt to rapidly changing environments. Some customer service, PR, sales and/or business operations background may help
  • Professional working proficiency in both reading and writing English.
  • And most importantly, a genuine heart to help solve our customers\xe2\x80\x99 problems!.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts if required.
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends
  • Required to have own transportation arrangement.
