Job Description


  • At least 1 year of working experience in servicing customer related job scope is required
  • A hardworking person with strong self-discipline and pro-active
  • Matured & strong problem solver. Able to make quick decision and handle stress well when there\'s complaint and problem
Responsibilities
  • To answer customer\'s inquiry via various channel including email, phone, live chat, whatsapp, and facebook messenger
  • To quote prices for customized wedding and birthday party
  • Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters
  • To resolve customer complaints and find immediate solutions
