Job Description


Work closely with Marketing Staff to scheduling the appointment, marketing schedules and help to onboarding client. Responding to customer inquiries via email/WhatsApp/phone call Event handling or planning, overseeing the scheduling of important events. Create newsletters, email campaigns, online promotions, etc. Handling agency onboarding. Support & service agent for the administrative part. Ensure agents fulfil the CPD and complete client CRM. Organize and coordinate marketing activity (road shows, seminars and presentation) Organize and handle daily schedule and ad-hoc projects of the Department. Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Basic Qualification & Requirement Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in business administration/finance/marketing/PR Interest in Sales & Market Research Excellent research and writing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multi-lingual ability. (Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will added advantage) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Time management and Critical Thinking Creative, innovative, good interpersonal skill, and able to work in team. Self-motivated, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
