Job Description


OVERVIEW:
Support and manage buyer/seller enquiries and escalations in a proper manner. We need an individual who is strong in decision making and has soft skills and competencies to manage our customers. JOB SCOPE:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers via live chat, email and outbound call.
Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients\' partners.
  • Assist and resolve customers\' inquiries with general concerns related to online shopping platform & e-commerce platform
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
  • Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals
Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality \xe2\x80\x93 keeping customers\xe2\x80\x99 information confidential at all times REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience is a must
  • Preferable candidates with e-commerce experiences
  • Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication
  • Technical skills and computer knowledge with hands-on mentality
  • Excellent soft skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to de-escalate calls in an effective manner
  • Ability to assess the customer and adjust communication style accordingly
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with ability to positively influence others
  • Strong problem solving skill/ ability to empathize with customers
  • Ability to effective multi task during and after calls and follow through in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a high stress environment, managing stress in a professional manner and without disruption to the operation, employee or customers,
  • Ability to adapt to change of environment
