- To answer customer\'s inquiry via various channel including email, phone, live chat, whatsapp, and facebook messenger
- To quote prices for customized wedding and birthday party
- Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters
- To resolve customer complaints and find immediate solutions
