- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, resolve customer complaints and provide information on procedures or policies. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and customer experience. - Manage payment transactions with customers. Job requirements -Fluent in English/ Malay / Mandarin -Good Communication Skills, Patience -Preferably join on short notice. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
