SPM or equivalent.

Tanggungjawab
Respond promptly to client's inquires (mainly logistic related) via Whatsapp, call and email.
Handle client feedback and complaints professionally.
Process weekly report for client shipment tracking.
Liaise with courier to solve client problem shipment.
Assist account department in monthly billing.
Collaborate with other departments like Pick & Pack Department & Receiving Department.
Able to work systematically and manage the time efficiently.
